Who are we?
Nibag specializes in conducting inspections and providing energy labels for homes. We do this for various housing corporations and companies across the Netherlands.
We understand that having someone inspect your home can sometimes feel uncomfortable, which is why we do our best to make this process as smooth and efficient as possible. Our inspectors are friendly, professional, and always easily recognizable.
What will we do?
During our appointment, we will carry out an inspection of your home. This means we will examine both the inside and outside of the house to determine how energy-efficient it is. We check elements such as insulation, windows, heating, and ventilation. This inspection typically takes between 30 and 60 minutes, depending on the size of the house.
How can you recognize us?
You can easily recognize us! Our employees wear our distinctive company clothing (dark blue jackets and polos with the Nibag logo) and carry a Nibag card. Additionally, a large part of our colleagues drive a Nibag company car.
